Pasture Raised Pork

Our pigs are raised outdoors year-round on pasture grass, grain and vegetables. Our pork is famed for its marbling, tenderness and juicy full flavor. We offer a variety of cuts, which can be bought as individual packages.

Ground – 1 lb pkg $5 or 2 lb pkg $10

Butt Roast or Picnic Roast  – $5/lb (4-5 lb ea)

Quartered Hams – $8/lb (3-4lbs ea)

Smoked Hocks – $7.50/lb (*boil down to make delicious soup stock)

Bacon – $8.50/lb

Ribs – $5/lb

Pork Chops (1″ thick) – $5/lb

Tenderloin End Chops – $7/lb

Italian Sausage – $8.50/lb 

Fat/Lard (ground or leaf chunks) – $2/lb

Soup Stock Bones – $3/lb

Pork Heart $4/lb

Pork Liver $4/lb
