Our Halves and Whole Pork are sold to you at a live animal price. We deliver to a provinically inspected butcher shop for free of charge.
The butcher shop will contact and walk through with you on how you would like your cuts and packaging done. As well, if you would like any sausage, smoking or jerky done.
The pork is dry-aged for 7 days. Once ready for pick up, you pay the butcher shop directly for all butchering fees. Typically they are $0.89/lb for cut & wrap, plus any additional costs for sausage making, smoking, or jerky.

- 60 lbs of pork
Pastured Pork Whole– approx. $500 plus butcher processing fees (depending on weight of pig, cut & wrap, custom smoking and/or sausage costs)
- 120 lbs of pork
